Account Representative
This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while helping drive company growth and client satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, natural leader, and dedicated team player.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the sales team in daily operations and business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects and services stay on track
• Identify new business opportunities and support company growth
• Provide excellent customer service and consistent communication
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive work environment
Requirements:
• Previous sales or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Typical Employment Opportunities
Labor Positions – Maintenance, litter control, equipment technicians, load monitoring
Operators – Heavy equipment operation typically 5-yard wheel loaders and excavators, scarab compost turners
Truck Drivers – On road drivers with a Class A license
Water truck drivers – off road water truck operation at our facility
