Engel & Gray is a local trucking and recycling company celebrating our 80th year in business. We recycle organic material into quality Compost and provide waste and recycling services to Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties and beyond.
Typical Employment Opportunities
Labor Positions – Maintenance, litter control, equipment technicians, load monitoring
Operators – Heavy equipment operation typically 5-yard wheel loaders and excavators, scarab compost turners
Truck Drivers – On road drivers with a Class A license
Water truck drivers – off road water truck operation at our facility
